2007 335i Alarm
Does the 2007 335i come with an alarm??...i mean my last two 5series came with an alarm...i see the red knob under the rear view mirror but i never hear that alarm noise when i lock the doors...also i have the navi and I heard that they have real time traffic...is that true and does it wrk in toronto?

It's a dealer-installed option. Sometimes they throw it in if you negotiate it upfront.

3 series in US do not come with an alarm

My dealer wrote the following:
The passive-arming anti-theft system with ignition cutoff and stolen vehicle tracking is standard, but the audible siren is optional and is installed here at the dealership. I think it runs around $500 installed, but most people don't do it because nobody pays attention to siren alarms any more these days. |
