enjoy!!!

Before: this car was in pretty bad condition... but i had no clue what i was in store for until after the wash...........

scrubbing ARO on the top

after washing and clay

so at this point, i am in complete astonishment of how bad of a paint job this car had!!! it looke like it barely got wetsanded and buffed after leaving the body shop!!! and i had yet to even put the light to it! honestly i was afraid of what i would see!

so i took a break and did the interior... my camera died after this pic... so i charged it while i did the rest, but forgot to take pictures after...

now... onto the halogens.....

before/ after of the trunklid. after 1 pass with menzerna Power Gloss. look at the difference in the reflection! like the title says!!!

trunklid after 2 passes of PG

now for a 50/50 of the hood.

after 1 pass

2 passes

reflection before/after of the hood

front fender

driver's door

not even sanded!!!!!!!!!!!

trunk lid

Finished!

i finished that day at 1:15AM

i went back the next day to finish up the interior, do a FK# 425 wipe and black WOW. but i forgot my camera.

i hope you guys enjoyed seeing what a little elbow grease and some polish can do when it comes to restoring REFLECTIONS

It's amazing to me that someone can let their car get to that point.....especially a BMW. You did a great job....I especially liked the "50-50"shots!

Well done. Good thing the owner found a capable detailer. When black is done right, it is amazing. What are you impressions of Collinite 915?

God damn, I'm tackling a project this weekend that has a couple of repainted panels that I thought were bad... Good to see what I have picked out in terms of product came out with such awesome results!

BTW: That is cool as hell that you did it in the Fire Hall! There is the potential for some amazing pics right there with the Fire Engines! Are you with the FD, or are you mobile and the owner is in the FD?

It's sad that someone let that car get so bad in the first place.

Seriously nice work! Just fantastic. So you're using a rotary now? Also, what's the story behind doing the detail in that location?

this is the second car I do in the same fire station. Remember the black porsche carerra?the customer was the captain of that station. I'm going back Tuesday and Wednesday to do a range rover.

I absolutely love the look and beading collinite 915 gives! It may not be a swissvax or another expensive wax, but it sure looks good!

Thanks for all the compliments everyone!

That was an awesome job. You must be getting pretty used to your makita now. Great 50/50 shots. Thank god the fire station had plenty of lights!

craziest things I thought were the before/after reflections...

the 2nd pic I thought was of the sky!!! I didn't even realize it was a reflection!!

How long in total did it take you?? you finished at 1:15am.... !
