Has anyone paid for google ads or facebook ads to promote their business? Did it work? How did you create the campaign?

yes both.. they do work.. but it ll be hard to describe from here you better watch videos for how to set up right..

Yes, my wife uses Google as the primary means of advertising for her business. It created a noticeable jump in patients. it's been highly effective.
