Mod For Show
Hello fellow e90post members, I really want to know what you think of these mod ideas, . Been looking through the forums lately
i've got about $3k to burn...... A:25% tint B: i'm leaning towards 19"s rather than 20"s( bumpy ride) http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=150464 ( love those Iforged Neo Matte Black Center Chrome Lip) i prefer 5 spoke wheels though C: Take out those reflectors D: White Angel lights ( no blueish tint ) angel light GP THUNDER 7500K E: Aero Lip damn my car is too stock looking. Any other suggestions? I have done some research, i know what i want, ill think before making any dumb move. Thanks for any input

F. Matte Black Kidney Grills, I think it's an absolute must, especially if you're going with dark/black rims.
G. Shadowline Trim - Not an absolute must but it gives the car a nice clean look.

That sounds like a good mod list, but you're gonna have a real hard time finding some iForged wheels without tires for under $3K. So that's just something to think about.
And btw, thanks for the pic with the letters depicting where each of your mods would go. I would've been completely lost without it. |

B: I feel that 18" is too small and 20" is too big. 19" is perfect and most proportional with the E92 5-spoke..hmm M6 style wheels? Timeattack version? C: I'd get the smoked reflectors. They look great D: That's a great choice for the E92. 7500K from GP thunder is a great way to get closest to white. E: Have you checked out the Hartge Lip? If you feel that the Aero Lip is over played, I think the Hartge Lip is a great way to make your car look better and be individual. Have you also thought about maybe replacing your grills and lowering your car?? |

you can't play whole lot of stuff if you are going after some decent - semi expensive rims/tires. even lm reps or m6 reps will cost you $2k+ with tires brand new.
tint = around $300~400ish side reflector = $50ish grill = $80ish angel eyes = $50 gp thunders h8 (x2) and h3. front lip = $500ish painted rims/tires = you can settle with some decent used rims/tires for $2k if you have some money left, i suggest you the drop. h&r sport or eibach pro kit... those really makes the car look/handle different. |

http://www.**********s.com/product.a...Mesh_Wheels_BL To the OP hartge will make you stand out more from the areo lip The grill can either bet carbon fiber or matte black. Im not sure how many e92s out there have painted grills to match their car color.

This guy apparently lives in Connecticut.. I live in Texas, where simply having my kidney grilles matte black makes me unique from everyone else. The one good thing about California is more people notice modded cars

save a lil more and upgrade to a 335
but seriously painted reflectors are cheap and a must, and nice rims. agree that the 19s would be a better choice but for your budget the only nice 5 spoke style rims are going to cost a bit more. but then again i don't know too many nice 5 spoke designs. |

You've got a good list there, I agree that Matte Black Front Grills will give the car a nice look as well. I'd get rid of all of the chrome/silver bits on the outside as they tend to stick out.
