Passing Emissions with a Custom Tune

2011 Pure 2, Port Injection, and all the associated hardware. I have an e50 custom tune from Twisted. In the past with JB4 and a BEF I was able to pass emissions catless by having the Area51+ box, disconnecting the JB4... With the custom tune the Area51+ can not be used as there is an incompatibility.

Has anybody with a simplar somewhat aggressive setup build been able to pass inspection short of tempoarily swapping the cat back in, taking the tune out and going with 93 octane? Please no Do a Search, or Diffstick smart aleck responses. I want to be able to do the absolute minimum and get my ride inspected.
