Really Need help diagnosing my N54

So I have a 2008 Bmw 335i N54 with 40k miles
This is everything that happens to the car

Random "Engine Malfunction Power Reduced" However there is no loss of power and it still drives smoothly and normally. Usually shows message after a misfire, but sometimes just when i'm driving normally(like 20mph). This message goes away if I just turn off the car and turn it back on.

Random "Transmission Malfunctions" Same thing, shows the message but nothing is effected. Usually shows message after a misfire. This message goes away if I just turn off the car and turn it back on.

Also Random Misfires when flooring it, Misfire always happens when going over 70ish after the misfire there is either a "Transmission Malfunction or a Engine Malfunction". Its a 50/50 which malfunction pops up

My Scanner does not pick up any codes or and faults and no dashboard lights
Engine has under 40,000 miles

Agreed...any time the warning light is tripped like that it will save a code in the computer. You need to get a bmw specific scanner and look again...

Agree with above. What's maintenance history been like (hpfp, injectors, fouled spark plugs, etc.) ?

When I got it it had a Turbo Failure. Oil got into the turbo and clogged it up, white smoke blew from the exhaust like crazy, other than that there has not been any problems

How did you fix yours?
Can it really be the battery, because my battery has never been changed since 2008
