Running JB3 with exhaust/intake?

Hey guys I'm picking up a 08 E92 tomorrow and have been looking into the different tunes available. I've decided to go with the JB3...looks awesome! Do you think it's safe to run this tune with an aftermarket exhaust (AE) and intake (AFE) or will the ecu throw detection codes?

That setup would be fine in terms of being undetectable, it would also sound and performs amazing. Go for it!

that is pretty much the best stage 1 setup you could shoot for. enjoy!

sweet...because that exhaust is so badass. So the addition of downpipes is what pushes things too far I'm assuming.

No codes with JB3, Intake and Exhuast. Just plain smooth power on my friends car. You will love it everyday!
