Finally a 10.775s Run
I was the first to have a run tonight at Willowbank and managed my best 60' time (1.576s) and finally a 10.775s @ 128.85mph. Engine light came on near the finish line or it could have been better. Very happy. Didn't bother with another run.

Thanks Phil. Not sure what is next. I maybe able to get a little bit more out of it as it stands. To go faster will cost a lot more money and I am not sure at my age and the age of the car whether that is the most sensible way to go. I might sell it and start working on my Audi S3.

I had another 2 runs last night. On the first run, I did a 2nd gear launch without any success. After leaving the line, it changed into 3rd gear at 3,800 rpm automatically which stuffed the run. It did a 11.159s @ 127.78 mph with a 1.944s 60' time. On the second run, I used 1st gear and got a 10.927s @ 128.35 mph with a 1.624s 60' time. However, on this run, I got flogged by a modified supercharged new model Mustang driven by a petite Asian chick. She did a 10.3s run. I am getting a heap of timing corrections which will be killing the power. Can't seem to solve this issue.

It wasn't too bad last night even though there were a couple of oil downs from drag cars. I could have probably got in another couple of runs if I wanted to but l wanted to investigate the cause of the top end speed being down before doing anymore runs. The number of timing corrections is probably the answer. But what is causing these is the issue. My tuner BQ Tuning believes something could be causing noise that is being picked up by the knock sensors. I need to solve this problem.
