Bad Active Tank Level sensor?
Hi All,
Recently got dreaded countdown to "no start" which unfortunately started at 200 miles, went to zero, despite filling both tanks full. I suspect the level sensor in the active tank. I want to test this sensor before buying tank assembly. Does anyone have resistance values for the sensor, and ID for the connector pins? Live data per my Foxwell NT510 states "Top off detection active tank-Currently no fill level information can be called up." Any other ideas or experiences welcome. Thanks |

I just had a similar no start issue. Active tank was fine, recently replaced. But the nipple on the DEF delivery pump was broken and spraying everywhere. Perhaps from a shoddy active tank replacement.

Thanks for the ideas.
car is 2011 with 150K miles. I'm on my own with the repair. It is acting like the level sensor is defunct. But I'd really like to put ohm meter on the right terminals before I spring for $1200.00 tank assembly |
