taking the detailing plunge

kk so you all suck and are helpimg me spend more money...guess the wife is gonna go get another bag or shoes or something.

got a PC 7242 with the 5.5"
went with Menzerna IP,
then the zaino route with z2, zpc, zfx, z8 and z6

did i miss anything there?
i will be doing mine (montego 335) and my brother in laws (aw 335) this weekend.

i think you mean the PC 7424 haha

and you want a finishing polish to go along with IP. Menzerna 106FF/FA or 85RD should be good

+1 on the Menzerna. I would also think about FMJ from Menzerna. I've said it before....it's the best product in my delail closet.

yea i got the 7424 wrong. i thought that the zpc was a more of a finishing polish and the z2 pro is the sealent?

i haven't like the op im want to start detailing myself. i read nothing but good things about jet seal thats the reason i got me some

there is no best. there's a best based on one single category but detailing is about preference. imo, jetseal gives a better shine which like but it doesn't last as long as other sealants do so it suffers there. what one detailer will tell you could be and is most likely different from another's. you judge products on many aspects

you really have to try both to see the difference. you can't relaly do a 50/50 either because for these things, you have to take a step back to see the entire car and see if it is better looking or not
