Valve Cover Tightening Torque?

Hey guys,

I will be putting on my valve cover shortly, what are the actual correct torque settings. Different tutorials say different things. I have put a list together of the values referenced in different guides below. Could someone please advise on the correct setting so I do not over tighten.

7.4 ft lb / 9.8nm | Source: TheBmwDoctor Youtube
7.5 ft lb / 10.1nm | Source: Mitch Carveth Youtube

Edit: The BMW TIS states 8.5nm so that is the figure I will be going with, I will leave the list above in case any one in the future finds it useful.

Thanks
