Switched jumper cables while charging battery - which fuse to check?
Long story short, I tried to charge the battery of my e90 2006 with a portable charger. Used before and worked fine. This time it didn't. While playing with it, I switched the cables while leaving the charger on (I know ) and a couple of sparkles came out from + connector.
The car still opens with remote, internal lights are working but no start (before external lights still worked, after the sparkles they don't). Assuming it's just a fuse, which one should I check? Where? Under the glove compartment, in the back where the battery is or in the front, under the battery connectors? Thanks in advance |

I did this but when I was jumping my friend's car. I had to replace the power distribution box on top of the battery. Not sure if this helps or if you've found a solution yet...
