How to repair door frame rust?

I could use some help on how to get these rust repaired.

The rust in the door frame goes right against the door seal so the seal should probably removed before touch up can be done.

If it can be done, it would probably looks ugly and right up at passenger when they enter the car..

So I just go straight to professionals? Have you tried to repair damage like this?
Thanks!

Garage List
These cars are so well painted that not many people have had these issues. I'm JUST seeing small signs of it on my 06. No idea what to do to be honest.
