Philly downpipes install?

Anyone in or around philly had their downpipes installed for a fair price? Most of the shops I called quoted me $700-$900 and that seems ridiculous. Thanks for your help!

Shop on new state rd in the upper NE will set you straight

Do you know their name or number? I'm located a little ways from NE, I got a quote for $350 around K and A.
