Post cat O2 sensors, whats the difference?
I have a 2C78 engine check light, looks like the bank 2 O2 sensor is on it's way out and needs replacing.
I have been searching for OEM replacement Bosch parts and have found two sensor which are direct fit replacements with the correct 490mm cable length, Great, only one is significantly cheaper than the other and I'm now thinking it may not be a wise decision to go cheap as it may be an inferior part. The sensors in question are Bosch 0 258 010 414 the cheaper of the two, the other a Bosch 0 258 006 796. Item links below 0 258 010 414 https://www.autodoc.co.uk/bosch/7428557 0 258 006 796 https://www.autodoc.co.uk/bosch/1149293 Both carry a 2 year warranty, both have identical cable length, so what the difference other than cost? ![]() |
