What's a good follow up to Meguirs #83 Dual Action Cleaner Polish??

Its going on a 2008 black 3 series. I have some pretty goos swirls from a dirty wash mit on the hood. Guy at detail shop mentioned this and to follow up with some "TechShield Polymer Sealant" stuff. No idea what that is and it's not on google so i need advice on how to follow this up?

Another polish, sealer, glaze, wax???
