![]() Before posting this in the tuning forum though, you need to ![]() There are hundreds of posts from people discussing exactly this topic. Everyone thinks they have the best tune. |

I did a search! I am only finding opinions, and tons of babble. I am looking for someone with a little technical knowhow whom could give me an educated answer with some breakdowns as to the pros and cons of each. I plan on keeping this car for a long time and I dont want to cause any damage. Maybe this is a little more specific of a question. There are alot of threads maybe Im just not finding the right one.
If I was looking for a smart @$$ comment I would have posted on e90fanatics( which if you notice this was my first post, I just came from fanatics and got tired of the bull crap postings looks like the same immaturity is here as well) |

may i ask for some preferance on ecu tuning 335i N54 Engine Tuning Options for Dummies Dinan vs PROcede V3 Dinan versus Procede(Vishnu) decisions And there are a ton of others. But, if you really want to get good detailed, information, you need to spend some time reading through the tuning forum to get a sense of the deep, ongoing discussion over these competing products. On another note, I don't know what's going on here lately, but we seem to have quite a few new members who think it is their God-given right to ignore the forum rules and ask whatever sort of vague, thoughtless question they want without investing a modicum of effort searching, all the while expecting the rest of us to be able to read their minds and provide a detailed, thoughtful, "technical" answer that they could have easily found themselves by using the ![]() Here is general advice to anyone who wants to avoid getting smart-assed responses to their posts: (1) search before asking a question, and (2) ask a thoughtful, specific question in the first place instead of a vague, mindless one. If doing those things requires too much mental and physical exertion, think about whether you really want to post at all.

If the mods would move this to the Tuning forum, you might get a few useful replies. A lot of the people in the general forum aren't interested at all in performance mods.
There are only a few people on E90Post who have stayed objective about tunes; It's going to be tough for you to get unbiased opinions. Best would be to lurk in the Tuning Forum and read as much as you can before making a decision. Good luck!!! ![]() |
