M-sport package in U.S.???

I will be placing a order for a 09 335i E90 soon. I've read that only Europe has the m-sport package but not in the U.S. Does anyone know if this is only temporary and we will be getting the m-sport package later or not at all? For the 08's, there is the sport package. What is replacing that in the 09 or is it still there?

correction about the 08 sport package question. I meant the 08's have the m-kit option, does the 09 have that also??

Yes. It's available on the BMW site as of today.
