This has been my experience sourcing parts around here.
There really is no salvage yard that would specialize in BMW in PNW. They do sometimes get E90/E92 in and part out. I’ve had success at salvage yard at Kent, Auburn areas. I like places where I can just go in and pull parts out myself and often deal on price right there. The Kent salvage yard guys are really cool. I definitely don’t like the salvage places in Oregon areas where they have to pull for you. Very high prices. I look for these by scanning the Craigslist and Offerup. The trend seem to be that there are private dismantlers around here (one in Pullyallup) where they do one or two cars specializing E90s they buy from Coparts and such. |
