i'm off to the RING this weekend - which one do i take?

As the title says, this weekend i will be at the ring but i am still undecided which car to take.

Each of them has their own special characteristics.

The Z4 is light, has a low center of gravity, good brakes, nice balance, a strong engine, nice gearbox and a delirious sound track, is fitted with PS2's, a removable roof and arguably dead steering!

The 335d Coupe has a slightly higher C of G storming brakes, a very strong engine with immense grunt, good balance, excellent steering feel and positively amazing fuel consumption.

on the side of the coupe is the big boot, indifferent weather will likely mean than i wont get the Z4's roof down. i do however want to wind the coupe up to the V max and see what its all about.

I've had the X5 round the ring, but that was just a sight seeing lap so i'm not going to include this.

lets see what you think!

Dario

It depends on how much stuff you are taking!

If you have took either before take the other

A bit O/T but have I read this right the Coupe has better steering feel than the Z4? I presumed it would be the other way round!

Put a tow bar on the coupe, hire a trailer and take em both

seriously tho, the journey to the ring would be more comfortable in the coupe IMO but I think the Z4 would be more fun and thrilling round the circuit?

I second that opinion! The Z4 will surely be more fun although the 335d would likely prove quicker overall I guess.

I'm biased though now that I'm a Z4 owner again!

which ever one you take ,you know you,ll love it.
To me its a real addictive place, just wish I had done it in my younger years when i could have gone a few times a year as opposed to the 1 time now.
I managed 8.58 in my 320d auto last month..
So the big derv would be great.
