Wrapping up a single turbo install and can't remember where I took this heat shield off. I've been under there a few times looking and can't find a good place for it near the engine.

Maybe it was above where the down pipe and exhaust meets or near the trans bell housing?

Looks like the heat shield near the downpipes & waterpump. Should go between the DPs and the top of the steer rack, look at a DP install DIY to get a better idea.

This little heat shield is the only one I can find near the power steering and water pump (I put that one back in).

Good call on checking install threads, I think I see it in Jahwerx DP install thread above the mid-pipes. I'll check when I get home

that looks like the passenger side heat shield that kinda goes around the passenger motor mount.

Oh man, you guys are right. There it is in a turbo install DIY, I would have never remembered that. That fixes my dump pump issue too, I was worried about melting my motor mounts and was going to make something to put in front of it just like that.
