Low beam aim adjustment?

How can I adjust the aim (lowering the height) of my low beams? I have the laser headlight module. It creates a lot of glare. On coming drivers are always flashing me. I've driven in front of my own x5 and saw a lot of glare in the rear view mirror. Thanks.

Does it have to go in for any work/updates? I had the dealership look at my LED lights on my last M3. I guess they were slightly off, but it always was odd to me from the start that the driver's side was slightly lower than the passenger. It's weird with LED's since there's a distinctive line where you can see the level change. Interested to see if lowering helps fix your issue!
