GummiPfleger Rubber Treatment?

Love this product, in my opinion it's a must have for winter car prep. Stops the door seals sticking/freezing and ripping off when the doors freeze in winter. My wife's X5 is particularly prone to this freezing door seals for some reason.

Cost: 5/5 stars this is under $10
Ease to use: 5/5 stars built in applicator works great
Scent: 5/5 smells great not like a chemical

Also works to eliminate the squeak caused by the door felt strip rubbing against the body.

GummiPfleger is amazing I use it twice a year on the rubber seals around my hardtop. However this product is a little difficult to get in NZ, so is Kroil oil for the moving parts! the joys of living in the land of the long white cloud!!

Has anyone used these types of product on the rubber seals around the windshield and back windows to keep them from drying out and cracking?
