Replace turbo manifold studs?

Is it necessary to replace the turbo manifold studs when replacing the turbo? Seems like an unnecessary risk of breaking a stud off in the cylinder head.

I replaced two of them only because the copper nut was stuck on the stud. There is no reason to replace them otherwise. The copper nuts are one time use though so plan to replace them.
