Just ran into an issue on a 2-3 shift. Nasty backfire and cyl 1 misfire code, but then this sound was apparent as soon as I was off throttle... This sound like rod knock?

Compare the first video with your video. I say rod knock. Have you ever ate a serp belt? Is your front main oil seal intact? Have you pulled your oil filter and cut it open to see if you can see small metal pieces?
