Affordable Michelin Wiper Blades for the E9x

I found some really affordable $9 Michelin wiper blades that fit the E9x at Home Depot: https://www.homedepot.ca/product/mic...nch/1000757092. Note that these are the conventional jointed design and that they only fit in one orientation (the reverse orientation will not contact the windshield properly). These are actually what I was looking for because I have a weak spring and the 1-piece design doesn't provide full windshield contact; these ones work perfectly!

Have you put these on yet? I bought the same looking ones from Costco and they DO NOT FIT my 08 M3. Costco chart says they fit and they are the right length but there is no way to attach the plastic cap cover.

I am using the 19" passenger side wiper and, as noted in my OP, "...they only fit in one orientation (the reverse orientation will not contact the windshield properly)."

Two other items of note:
- the wiper is skinnier than the shaft that they slide onto, so I zip-tied them onto the arm to ensure they won't come off. The mounting shaft is about 1.5cm long and the blade is only about 1cm wide. This doesn't really impair the performance and I don't think they would come off, but I wanted to be sure.
- the plastic cover will not snap back on (but is purely cosmetic)

I trimmed the cover to make it fit.
