Bunch of codes and then none
Fellas, I need your help. I'm getting a bunch of codes that appeared while I was driving the car on the freeway. After hooking up my foxwell tool, the codes then all said /not present, which leads me to believe that this is some kind of electrical connection. I'm going to be looking at the mechatronic connector on the transmission this weekend as Mik had suggested, but wanted to know if there is anything else to check that can cause all of these to appear at the same time? I don't know if this could cause the issues you're having, but try inspecting the wiring around the gear selector lever (underneath the PRND bezel). It's not uncommon for the wiring in there to fray/cut due to the movement of the lever (especially when moving it laterally into sport mode.)
The symptoms of frayed wiring in that area are usually are something like "car won't go into sport mode" or "gear +/- selector won't work", but maybe more wiring damage in that area could lead to more serious faults. Anyways, it's worth a check that only takes a few minutes, and you can rule it out if everything looks as it should.

Thanks for the replies, I’ll check both of those out. The lingering codes that keep popping up are CF07 and 5089. Weird thing was that the codes kept popping as active until I made a u-turn, then I read them again and they were ‘inactive’ and I could clear them. Weird...

Shift Assy looks good and so does the round transmission connector and there are no leaks from the Mechatronic sleeve. I’m trying to locate the connector X6031 that is supposed to be in the ‘e-box’, as I have been told by the good folks at the Ctsc that this is something to check. Does anyone know where this connector is and what it looks like?

Nope no heavy rain. Update though, I unplugged all the connectors in the e-box and also the round connector at the transmission and then reconnected them. Been a few weeks now and NO codes. I’ve checked to see if there were any instances of an intermittent code stored by using my Foxwell scanner and nothing. Might have fixed the problem, but I didn’t find the ‘smoking gun’.
