These wheels are part of the Mtech package offered in Europe on the E92's/3's. We are guessing that they will also be part of the Performance package option when it's available here in the states?

We can't say for sure, but BMW doesn't list them as an option for the xi's in our parts catalog. Maybe someone that's tried 'em on an xi can chime in with confirmation.

Yes, they'll fit your '08 335i w/ SP. Assuming that you have the same 19x8 and 19x9 setup with your stock wheels, your tires will transfer right over.
