My DAW Stage 2+ data logs
I just installed stage 2+ DAW with upgrade compressor wheel, they have less than 200 miles on them. I am running MHD hybrid turbo BEF and map 2 on jb4. I plan on getting a custom flash after I know everything is good. Two of the pulls were at 50 meth injection and one was at 100. The turbos spool up really fast, car feels good.
My mods, Jb4 w/MHD hybrid BEF, e60 fuel Meth injection at CP, running 49/51 boost juice FBO Upgrade inlets and outlet 3.5 inch VRSF catback exhaust N20 plugs and eldor coils N20 3.5 bar TMAP sensor Stage 2 lpfp https://datazap.me/u/woode30/log-157...0&data=1-4 https://datazap.me/u/woode30/log-157...0&data=1-4 https://datazap.me/u/woode30/log-157...0&data=1-4 |

Why wouldn’t you use a minimum RPM for methanol flow instead? Seems safer than cutting meth flow at 6k RPM’s to redline.
Post this up at N54tech. You’ll get better help from the BMS team over there. |

I believe i have it set for RPM flow range too. I'll look into using RPM range rather than boost. Thanks.

They spool up incredibly quick, under 3000 rpm about 1/4 throttle and there hitting 20-21 psi. |

Who are you going to do the custom tune? I found a lot of tuners won’t touch cars with JB4’s on them when I was looking. I ended up taking my JB4 off and went MHD with Wedge.
Go to N54tech and post up your logs. The BMS team should get you pretty well dialed in over there. |

Wedge will make you an MHD backend map, but will not offer any JB4 support. Motiv also told me they will not offer JB4 support. There were a couple others as well, I’d have to look it up as it’s been months.
Trebila on N54 tech does JB4 tuning, but is located in France. Twisted Tuning tuning/JB4 offers support, but was never responsive to me with my F30 methanol system from them, so that was a bit of a turn off. Your best bet to get you started and really get things dialed in is to go to the N54Tech forums or send an email to support with your logs. That being said, I couldn’t be happier so far with Ken at Wedge. |
