Angry

i know its not a BMW but help a fellow car enthusiast out

posting for my friend, his car got stolen Friday Sept. 5 '08 in front of the caltrans in Long Beach between 6:30am - 10am.

some of you may remember this car...

how it looked when it got stolen (minus the wheels, had RH c2's on):

motor: k20a (dc5r)

parts to keep an eye out on:

-charge speed kit (top secret gold)
-racing hart c2 3 piece wheels (polished)

pretty much those are the only things that would "stand out" aside from the top secret gold paint.

let me know if you guys hear / see anything

Thanks!

Dang, all that time and effort stolen out of his hands.

Here's a tip:

Because it's such a unique looking car, I'd imagine that the person who stole it is planning to sell the parts rather than drive the car around. Try to get a list of all of the valuable parts in the car and try "shopping" for them online. If you happen to stumble upon a matching part, contact the seller and look interested. Bring your friend (the owner of the car) along with you and try to have him spot out anything that might tell him it's his while you're checking it out. If you've think you've found him, don't approach the seller alone, the first thing you want to do is contact the police.

Good luck!

That sucks. Probably the biggest turn off about owning a highly modified Honda nowaday. Hopefully it's not already in Mexico stripped out.

Racing Hart C2s...... one of my favorite wheels a while back.. hope the owner had wheel locks with those.. if not.. if they ever find the car, they're sold for sure. Good luck and I'll keep a lookout.

The car is 8 years old with thousands of dollars in mods . . .
Do you seriously think he still owes money on it?

Man.. if it's a car this valuable, why not set like a sh*tload of alarms or even those proximity detecting flamethrowers?? Because they weigh down the car more? o_O?
