BMW e91 lci bi-xenons
Hey so i have e91 lci with bi-xenons, one of the bulbs is dying, its purple colour at the moment so iam wondering what bulb do i need to get?? is it D1S type of connection? And also iam wondering how bixenons work? is there some kind of filter that filters light particles when you are using low beams or bixenon just starts shining brighter when you turn on high beams? thats for anwers guys

The bixenon works based on a physical shutter in the projector housing. The shutter normally blocks half of the beam keeping all light below a sharp cutoff line, then when you activate the high beam function an actuator moves the shutter out of the way to enable the full beam pattern. |
