For sale: Valvetronic designs exhaust valve controller for the E9X 335i. Also fits other models with the same valve setup (see link for list).

This genius little controller connects in the trunk where you'd normally unplug for the golf tee mod, except it goes in between the two things you normally unplug. Installs in less than 10 minutes, and allows full control of the exhaust valve with the key fob controller while the car is on. Absolutely perfect for an inexpensive but awesome valved exhaust setup. For my 335i, I installed this controller and replaced the left muffler with straight piping. This was the perfect loud/quiet exhaust combo, all for only $220 (!) total plus the cost of my downpipe If you're wondering if it drones in "loud mode" with the left muffler gone, it doesn't... at all. I forgot it was even in loud mode sometimes while I was cruising, and it somehow gets even quieter when cruising in quiet mode! It really was the perfect balance for how musically loud it was WOT and how stealthy it was in quiet mode. See one of your city's finest? One click of a button mutes the exhaust in less than a second. You can see I really loved this setup, and I have nothing but good to say about it.

Sadly, it's back to stock to sell the car for me
