SOS malfunction diagnosis

Hi all,
A few months ago I spilled diesel fuel in my trunk while driving. I cleaned all the fluid I could and a week later the SOS appeared and all sound disappeared. No static from speakers just silence. The radio still displays all channels and appears as if it works.

I bought the fiber optic loop plug to try and determine which component of not all were damaged but I can't figure it out.

With radio on; blinking orange light appears on amp (logic 7), blinking red light appears on tcu plug, blinking red light on mulf plug, no blinking light on satellite plug (satellite module removed).

What do you advice? Could the amp still be broken with the orange light on?

I found these following steps valuable to fix this kind of situation:

1. Remove connector from Satellite Radio module (red/green/black cables)
2. Insert optical bypass loop into the removed connector
3. Voila! Done!

However, you should try them at your own risk after understanding your car's audio system exactly.
