2011 BMW 335I N55 E92 bad pvc valve leaking out on smoke test
Will this cause me to loose boost up top.im new to owning a turbo car and to this forum so any help would be greatly appreciated,Thanks in advance,Had at a shop that only works on BMW and do performance work also,and when I asked him if the bad pvc valve would cause my boost problems he really wasn't straight with me leaving the door open for after the valve cover is replaced or if I have the PVC valve hack job done.And if it's doesn't fix my boost issues he will go back and say well it needed to be fixed anyway.I don't mind putting the money into the car I just wanna know upfront what to expect. Because is I decided to fix valve cover with labor and parts I'm looking at upwards of 1200 dollars.Witch I may do the job myself.
