the car is a 318 petrol e90 2010
and I've recently had a new injector on cylinder 4, all plugs changed , new box sensor and oil swapped

First, try what happens if you swap cyl 3 cyl 4 injectors and read the codes again. If the problem moved to cyl 4 you probably need a new coil. Try to check the MAF sensor area for air leak. If it's fine try to double check the wiring, timing (jumped chain) MAP, etc. If you can access to live injector data, try to capture, sometimes it tells the problem.

I forget to mention, if the data is correct, your engine temperature is very very high. Check the coolant as well.
