Need help ASAP~~

Does anyone know if the OEM BMW TPMS pack comes with that cap circled?

Yes, that is the cap that is on the TPMS. If you look closely at the cap, it says something like "TPMS installed", I beleive. It also has the hexagonal nut below it that is typical for the TPMS.

My spare set for my other wheels just had a plain gray cap and not what came with the car.
