Thanks for posting these, for people who really don't understood, comprehend or don't realize the impact this has on the entire country.

Hurricanes are no joke. You are definitely taking a risk living on the east coast or gulf coast. I would not be wading around in the flood waters; they are ridiculously contaminated.

I live on the NW side of town about 70 miles from Galveston. It was a rough night, but I only lost a fence and a couple of shingles. I even have power and my car is nice and safe. I have not had it out since the storm yet, too much crap in the roads. Maybe tomorrow... All kidding aside, I am very lucky.

Damn i didn't think the damages were this bad...after the water recedes there will be mad pool of mosquitoes and bacteria and shit...im grateful to be living in VA now, despite the high taxes and strict laws
