335D extreme smoking above 2600ish rpms

Car has a 2.5 BPC mod done 60k miles ago. Now at 110k Finally having issues. I just replaced the glow plugs and controller along with the vacuum lines. That fixed the starting cold issue. Now if you drive it easy dont take off fast and stay below 26-2800 rpms it drives fine. If I accelerate hard when I let off it seems like it's dumping too much fuel. If you come to a stop and take off it really boggs down and will smoke so bad you cant see anything behind you. If I turn the car off and restart it it goes away again as long as I an very easy and stay below the 2600 ish rpms. If its bogging down I can hold it to the floor and it will clean itself out until I slow down again then the same problem. Also I am one of the lucky people that have no lights on for the engine. I have not scanned to see if it shows a code. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The BPC tunes are known to hide important codes, I would get rid of that first off and scan for codes.
The LP turbo comes on around that RPM so it could be related to the turbo switch over (vacuum issues) or the turbo seals possibly? Hard to tell without proper codes.

I think it's the vacuum control valve. The one the red tube goes to?? If I disconnect it I have no vacuum there. Then if I blow into that line its completely open. Yes not throwing codes sucks but I really dont want to spend the money for a remap yet. I want to get it going then get a remap along with taking it to a stage 4. The old 2.5 was fun for a while but ready for a little more.

That tune is garbage, you'd be better off back to stock.

I cant really say it was garbage it definitely did alot better than stock on the street. There was a Dodge Charger SRT that I had a little trouble with until the tune. I was very happy with what they did EXCEPT I'm just not to happy about losing my something is F'd up light. Because of that AAR will be doing the next one.
