I have had 3 set of Rotoras on my cars and that is after having a set of brembos. I used both on the track and for daily driving. Brembo is not worth the price for me.

I have the rotoras and they are awesome brakes.
I'm tracking the car on Sunday, and it will be the first test to see how good they really are. I've heard that Brembos have a better feel and is more consistent during the track, but that was told to me by a Brembo rep, so go figure. ![]()

Tan,
You can't go wrong with the Rotoras but I find the Brembos to be a higher quality system with better feel and better performance on the track (ie repeated hot laps and no fade). As far as looks, I honestly think there is nothing like a set of red (or white for your car ![]() Not sure if you will be at HIN Pleasanton this Saturday but stop on by our area if you are, Jon's car will be on display with the Brembos so you can check them out up close. ![]() |

Heitz Cellar or Charles Shaw. For most of us they both taste good, but for the connoisseur there is only one choice.
Brembo's if you have the money, Rotora's if you don't. Either one is a great improvement over stock, and there is a lot of good feedback on Rotora's from guys that race. |

Well, I really like the idea of "If you can afford the Brembo, the go for it".
For the money spent, Brembo is a great value once you realize exactly what you get, but since it's just for looks you could go either way. Personally I think that the Brembo 6-piston monobloc is the sexiest caliper on the market. ![]() Beyond personal reason, you can call me directly if you want to discuss technical and real world application differences. There are other options like Stoptechs and AP racing which we carry as well. I often see Rotora's at shows but I've personally never seen it at the races but Mr. 5 & retrodrive seem to be pleased with them so thats a great positive on that aspect. |
