Mystery screw

Anyone know where this could have possibly come from, was sitting loose on the bottom of my engine bay on the splash shield.

Oil filter housing cap bolt. ....I sure hope you have another one in place

doesnt look to be oilfilter housing, also this screw is not for intake manifold, i just put removed my manifold to replace the glow plugs and put it back, no missing screws.

Go to RealOEM and compare to the bolts that gets shown on the side of the part diagrams.

31-10-6-769-908

Look a LOT like the one you posted. Goes to the front subframe. Check diagrams in real o e m under the "Front Axle" heading.

Sorry about lack of info, so the screw is 8mm and about 2 inch in length.
