How long to wait after trans service to flash xhp?

How long you have to wait to flash xhp stage 3 after servicing the trans? Going to do seals, fluid, filter, and solenoids.

Assuming i would wait for trans to adapt to the new parts and then do xhp?

Also, should adaptations be reset after i change the parts i listed??? Seems like there is a LOT of different thoughts with when you should and shouldnt reset adaptations.

After solenoids you need to reset.

XHP says never reset adaptions https://www.facebook.com/xhpflashtoo...3761651273188/

Pretty sure there are reasons to reset, like changing parts etc, but if you do reset adaptations, you absolutely need to do the relearn process, just resetting adaptations without immediately following the relearn process can damage things. FCP has a good blog on it and they recommend your are better not reset adaptations if you can't perform the relearn procedure.

Otherwise I would put XHP on it first and either just drive easy for 50 miles to let it adapt automatically to the new SW as XHP recommends or do the reset re-learn process after installing XHP.

You "could" reset it but the correct adaptation process by the book is beyond anything but reasonable for most people to do themselves correctly first try.

You could just drive normally and that's what you'd need to do. However, when you start driving aggressively, the transmission will need to relearn, and depending on your driving habits and style, this learning adaptation can be pretty aggressive on the shifts until the transmission smooths things out. So this is why they don't recommend the reset, cause there would be an extreme amount of complaints.

It's best with any transmission flash or change to ease things in.
