Question: 2006 BMW 3 Rear Spoiler

I recently bought a rear spoiler through ebay :

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PAINT...ayphotohosting

it comes with 3M tape but i wanted to make sure by putting "Adhesive silicones and/or adhesion promoters" my question is what is a good adhesive silicone that i can buy and how would i apply that on spoiler, and does it come off and not damage the paint, help would be appricated.
Thanks

I've heard people on here talking about something called beta-link. Sounds like a very permanent glue that will prevent the ends from lifting up like they do with the 3M tape. Hey let me know how well that thing fits once you install it. That's a pretty good price for a painted OEM style spoiler!
