VRSF Intake makes my N54 feel sluggish

Recently I ordered an intake from VRSF. After installing it I could hear the intake Getting air plus my bov would be much louder. But for some reason it felt slower than before with the stock air box. I’m not sure what it could be or why it’s happening. (My car is a 335is 2013)

How many miles have you driven with the modification on?
Maybe the car has to adapt.

I've driven it about 300 miles since the install

Most likely heat soak from stop and go traffic. Downside of cone filters in engine bay.
