E90 PDC Woes not Beeps
Hi everyone,
I own an E90 and the parking sensors don't make a noise in the cabin. I've done some checks using INPA, the PDC module is active and all the sensors work but I'm getting some errors saying "correct number of sensors is 4" or "German yada yada, wrongly coded". Any ideas? //Edit: I've also got aftermarket stereo fitted. //Edit2: The module is making a woeing sound. I plugged in the speaker to Pin 4 / Pin 10 on the PDC module. If I can get it to produce beeps I can run that to the speaker's myself easily Last edited by Recuvan; 07-06-2020 at 04:45 PM.. Reason: More information |

So the above is the PDC unit and the wiring I have. There's no direct output to speakers as far as I'm concerned hence the "woe" sound It looks like the radio gets the KCAN H AND KCAN L input and then converts it to the beeping tone. I have an aftermarket unit so I'll be unable to do that. Any ideas? Last edited by Recuvan; 07-07-2020 at 05:21 AM.. Reason: More information |

I've measured the voltage of each and single pin on the PDC module with the connectors plugged in. Getting 0 on every single one apart from KCANs and the Live wire from fuse box.
