I don't know, apparently numbers and math are a social construct as well...

When I was a child, I watched in terror as the number 6 bitch-slapped my father. Apparently dad called him a bitch because he was afraid of 7. After slapping my father, 6 began to violently shake my mother and screamed in her face over and over, "Because 7 ate 9!" I was never the same after. |

I heard they were considering red tails - i.e. Tuskegee airmen which wouldn't be too different sounding and honoring some black American history

Washington Monuments. I mean after all, the team has stood still since their last big win February 1992.

I am curious how much this will cost to do, and what they are projecting in making on new merchandise sales. You would think this would be a pretty good revenue generator, but I am obviously missing something, or else this would have been done years ago.

Doesn't the NFL have a history of changing names? Anyone remember the Houston Oilers?

We'll also need to get rid of the following as I'm sure they're offensive to some group of "Woke's" somewhere:
Dallas Cowboys (They picked on Indians.... err..... Native Americans) Minnesota Vikings (Pillagers.... that's all they were-- pillagers with cool boats) New Orleans Saints (Offensive to non-Christians and probably the French) New York Giants (Offensive to anyone "height-challenged") San Francisco 49ers (Glorifies the capitalism of the Gold Rush. And the exploitation of Irish and Chinese laborers) Seattle Seahawks (culturally appropriated totems from indigenous tribes) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Pirates were Bad. And they were probably capitalists too. And they didn't have unionized labor or free health care on their ships) Buffalo Bills (named after "Buffalo Bill Cody", who... well... killed defenseless buffalo's. And he wasn't a vegan. And didn't recycle) Kansas City Chiefs (well, if you can't have the Braves or Redskins.....) Las Vegas Raiders (Raiders oppressed indigenous people and did a lot of other Bad Things. Or maybe they just killed a lot of bugs) New England Patriots (Patriots are bad. At least according to CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, ETC-- New England Social Justice Warriors would be better) Tennessee Titans (Has religious connotations with Greek mythology, so religious groups might be offended) |

The Packers were named when they were sponsored by the Indian Packing Company-- so now you've pissed off the Indians... err, Native Americans, AND the vegetarian/vegan/non-carnivorous crowd. Better get started on a Woke name now! |

How about the Green Bay Impossible Whoppers. Appeases the vegetarian crowd, and guarantees sponsorship money from the King himself

They should’ve just added the word “fore” in between “red” and “skins.”
