This happened when M3 out-squeezed itself from its own market... is it a GT, is it a sports car, is it a luxury car, is it an exotic .. nobody knows.

Whoa whoa whoa, what? 0.09% financing? Are you sure it isn't 0.9%?

If you're right, that is a crazy offer.

It's so refreshing to be thinking about low financing rates on an M car at a time like this. Again I"ll say it, like 0% no payments no interest on furniture until 2013. Meanwhile blackberry stock dropped 25% today, Wamu collapsed, our homes lost 200k on paper and our portfolios even more. But hey, lemme get 0.9% on a leftover M car that's overpriced and cannot sell anyway...

So funny but I mean it seriously, refreshing to be oblivious to what's going on in the world.

Sometimes I wonder how old some of you are. First off, if you think the M is overpriced then you are not in the demographic to purchase one. There are those who are obviously recession proof and the .9% is essentially free money. I clearly cannot comprehend why you simply cannot leave certain debates alone.

Secondly, these rates won't last long. As soon as all the 08s are gone along with the reduced supply of BMWs for 09s will bring things back to the norm.

my words exactly, great time for an M and its 0.9% on the financing, that's what I locked my 550i at in also. honestly if you can swing it, there is not a better time to purchase a BMW.

Dude, that's John070 for you. He hardly ever can post without bringing up money, stocks, how much someone should pay or how they should hold onto their money. He also likes to tell how he hangs out with millionaires on the reg and how their cheap at dinner.

If you doubt me check out his posts. I kid you not.

Maybe some of us saw it coming... took appropriate positions, held cash and are now taking advantage of the good deals that inevitably come along with a downturn
