Fluid leak from the back of my car

I have a 2008 335i coupe and there is this brownish-yellow fluid dripping on the garage floor. I don't know what it is because I'm no mechanic but it messes up the garage floor. It's near the rear wheels right about under the back seat. The leak is a little over on the drivers side of the car. Thanks.

Can you crawl under and see where the leak is coming from? My Guess would be the rear diff. If so, you do not want that to drain itself dry... or you will be buying a new diff.

I did, there was this little rubber thing hanging off that I ripped off. It leaks less but it still leaks a few drops. It's off to the driver side of the car so I don't think it'd be the diff.

Garage List
The only 2 other fluids back there would be brake fluid or fuel.

Either way those 2 or diff fluid, just get a bit on your finger and smell; all 3 have a very distinct scent

Could be AC condensation, but that doesn't explain why it'd mess up the floor unless it drips onto other grime somewhere else and then onto the floor.

Could also be dirty runoff water from a sunroof drain. I know there's a drain to the outside on the left side where the amplifier is. Not sure if the battery area has one too
