Vibrations

Guys I am getting a vibration at highway speeds that I can feel in the seat, throttle, and a little bit in the steering wheel.
My tires don't appear to be too out of round/scalloped.. this all started getting worse in the last couple weeks. For what it's worth, I had KW2's installed about a month ago, and the car was aligned right after. The wheels are CSL reps with General tires.. the worst tires I have ever had.. but that's another story. They were only balanced before they were shipped and I haven't had any issues till now.. Do I just need them to be balanced again ? Any ideas? Thanks..
