I have to ask: What wheels for AW?

I have a 2008 AW E92.

I didn't want to change the wheels but now I'm "looking" around. I was really into the M6 wheels but I personally think it looks nicer on one of the black cars.

Does anybody have any suggestions? I think black wheels look nicest on the AW. Possibly with a chrome lip? If possible, post price ranges too, just to give me an idea. My budget is around $2,500.

I'm really loving those HRE's and iForges, but those are pretty expensive, no?

HRE's would be out of range for 2500$, but you might be able to do Iforged wheels.

As for color, black or brushed aluminum looks good and even gold seems somewhat popular with AW owners.

i'd go with the linea corse lineup from zoeb at wheeldude. You can get a wheel/tire package for less than 2500 shipped. And I believe on some of the wheels you can custom order it painted the way you want it.

A lot of spokes are not my style which is why I'm not too fond of my style 197.

if you want a lip, we have our V715's that have a mirror polished stainless lip. otherwise, take a look at our VB3 or V710's.

3 Piece forged wheels will be a bit more than you are willing to spend but one wheel that works well on the E92 in a black center/chrome lip is the Race Edition Style Wheel:

V710's, CSL's, LM reps... the list goes on and on, really. M6 reps are nice on AW though! Another member here is selling his matte black V710's.. here's a pic of them on his car for your consideration.

(I'm not trying to help him sell the wheels.. I just thought you should be presented with all your options)

I know you don't want gold but i really think that what is one of the only colors that gold or bronze will look amazing on
