I'm chasing down an issue and need some help, please.

Symptoms:
Long cold starts.
Power seems to surge off and on in ~1 second increments at light throttle.
Inconsistent power delivery at higher throttle.

Notes:
DR Single Kit
Doc Vu Basemap
New index 12's.
HPFP has ~25k on it.

Codes:
29F2 - Fuel High-Pressure System, Fuel Pressure.
2B2C - Fuel High-Pressure, Plausibility, Cold Start.

Log:
(I don't want to go WOT for the log due to being on initial base map.)

https://datazap.me/u/mooreboost/log-...&data=3-16

Thoughts are appreciated.

When were the plugs and coils changed?

You should change change the plugs for starters, and coils as well if you haven't done them.

Not sure what's causing your HPFP issues, are you on jb4?

Got a feeling it could be map related.

I'm assuming you've got a custom tune.

have you looked at your fuel pressures? hpfp could have died or something causing pressures to be off.

I swapped in the new injectors thinking they were the issue, so I'm trying not to play the "throw parts at it" game.

I'm on MHD only.

I may try loading a standard tune and seeing what happens.

LPFP seems relatively stable and sufficient based on the above log, but I don't know enough about HPFP behavior to say, especially when it's not at WOT.

Yeah I'm not telling you to throw parts, just saying 30k plugs would be a good idea to change, when you can, and coils if you haven't done them.

Plugs and coils are a lot cheaper than Injectors.

HPFP should be about 700psi idle and go upto about 2000psi approximate numbers.

From what I read as long as it doesn't drop below 1400psi, it should be fine.

Have a read through this document for analysis of MHD logs

I don't know how much you can get from that log. I say send it and get a real log. Also, you're missing a lot of key parameters like AFR, timing and timing corrections. Are you just getting started with this single kit or was it running right and things went south?

I had the kit installed very recently and noticed the issue immediately.

The only other things that were changed were 1) the tune and 2) a stage 2 bucketed LPFP.

Loaded a Stage 0 tune within MHD out of curiosity and the issue is gone. Going to email the tuner.

Any other thoughts are appreciated but I'll keep you all posted.

Updated the original post with a better log of the issue, with more parameters.
